Studio is the default surface. The brain conversation stays centered while the Workbench opens Preview, Attach view, Files, Git, Terminal, Spawn, Search, Problems, Scheduler, Cost, and Review panels around it.

Live voice supports an xAI realtime engine using native speech-to-speech, grok-voice-latest, fast turn-taking, and barge-in. The pipeline can also route through xAI STT/TTS and a concierge model for quick status answers before forwarding real work to the brain.

CrazyToad is a local desktop app. There is no CrazyToad cloud sync, no telemetry, no seat billing, and no per-token billing through CrazyToad. Provider calls happen through the CLIs and accounts you configure.
