What makes it different

Not a wrapper.
A real orchestrator.

Push-based completion, structured memory, an opinionated self-learning loop — and every agent visible at a glance.

Parallel agents

Fan out to many Claude / Codex / Gemini sessions at once. Auth, tests and docs land in parallel — not in sequence. The brain coordinates without polling.

01
🧠

One brain

A single coordinating brain routes all intent. Push-based completion; late arrivals return NO_REPLY. No infinite loops, no orphaned agents.

02
🔄

Self-learning

A layered memory system learns from every session and survives context compaction. Nothing sticks until you approve it.

03
🎙️

Voice + MCP

Talk to CrazyToad; it routes intent to the right agent. The MCP ecosystem is wired in — filesystem, browser, databases, more.

04
🪷

Lilly Pod + Kanban

Watch the whole swarm from the Lilly Pod, or keep every agent on a workspace kanban. Nothing gets lost.

05
🛡️

Yours, locally

Runs entirely on your machine. No accounts, no cloud sync, no telemetry. Removable in seconds. Your code stays yours.

Watch every agent work in parallel

CrazyToad drives four kinds of agent from a single brain. Mount them as live panes you can steer, or let them run headless in a swarm. Each is a real PTY-spawned CLI using your subscription.

Remote agents on your own hosts

Run agents on remote boxes and watch them from a control room — host rail, KPI strip, activity timeline and approvals. The same brain, coordinating work that isn't on your desk.

Under the hood

One message.
Three agents. Done.

Tell CrazyToad what you're shipping. It fans out, collects push callbacks, and synthesizes. You see results — not orchestration.

Questions

FAQ

When can I buy it?
Soon. The app is in active development and we're polishing before opening sales. Drop your email in the waitlist above and you'll get one email the day it launches — founder pricing ($20 for the first 50) included.
Do I need a separate API key?
No. CrazyToad spawns sessions using your existing claude, codex and gemini CLIs — the same subscriptions you already use in the terminal. You're never billed per-token through CrazyToad.
What OS does it run on?
Windows first. The core runs anywhere its runtime runs, so other platforms are feasible later, but Windows is what's supported at launch.
Is this the same as Claude Code?
No. CrazyToad orchestrates multiple coding agents from above. Think of a single CLI as one coder; CrazyToad is the engineering manager that fans work out, tracks progress and synthesizes results.
Does it send my code anywhere?
Zero telemetry. CrazyToad runs entirely on your machine. The only network calls are to your providers via your normal CLI sessions — same as opening the terminal yourself.
How do updates work?
When a new version ships, the app shows an in-app banner — one click installs it, signed and verified. Updates are free for anyone who has the app. There's no guaranteed cadence or end date, and if updates ever stop, your copy keeps working offline forever. No kill-switch.
What happens after I buy?
You'll get a license key by email and a download link. Run the app, paste your key once (it activates and then works offline), point it at your CLIs, and you're orchestrating in minutes.
