Run the Windows installer (10 or 11, 64-bit).

The installer isn’t code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may ask first. Choose More info, then Run anyway.

  • CrazyToad asks you to sign in the first time it opens.
  • Your browser opens: enter your email, click the link, approve the computer.
  • Plans and prices: see pricing.

Connect your agent CLIs

CrazyToad drives the CLIs you already use, with their own logins.

  • Sign in to Claude Code, Codex or the others the way you normally do.
  • CrazyToad never asks for those passwords.
  • Add more accounts, API keys or local models in Manage › Accounts. See Accounts & models.

Open a workspace

  • A workspace is a project folder. Click + at the top of the sidebar and pick one.
  • Each workspace keeps its own sessions, memory and settings.
  • Its sessions show up nested under it in the sidebar.

Ask Toad

  • Open Build (Alt+1) and say what you want: a fix, a feature, a question.
  • Toad plans it, hands the work to agents and checks the results.
  • Follow along in the sidebar, where each session sits under its workspace, or switch to CLI (Alt+2) to see panes.
Tip
Press Ctrl+K any time for the command palette. Every page and action is in there.
