By purchasing or using CrazyToad ("the Software") you agree to these terms.
1. License grant
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use CrazyToad on machines you own or control. One license is for an individual user. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share your license key.
2. What your purchase includes
- A one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring charges.
- All updates we choose to ship, at no extra cost. There is no guaranteed update cadence or end date — updates are provided if and when we make them. The Software is sold as it exists today, not on the promise of future features.
- If we ever stop maintaining CrazyToad, your installed copy keeps working — it does not phone home to run and has no kill-switch.
3. Bring your own AI subscription
CrazyToad orchestrates AI coding CLIs (such as claude, codex, gemini) using your own accounts and subscriptions. We do not provide AI compute, are not affiliated with those providers, and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, output, or terms.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use the Software and the agents it runs, including all code changes, commands, and actions taken on your machines and accounts. Use it lawfully.
5. No warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from its use. Always keep backups and review what agents do before trusting it in production.
6. Refunds
CrazyToad is a one-time purchase and all sales are final — we do not offer refunds. See our Refund Policy.

We may update these terms; the most recent version on this page governs.
